Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment Methods

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, cash, and online payment.
    All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

• Individual Bookings

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the date of arrival: the first night will be invoiced.

• Group Bookings (3 or more rooms)

  • Cancellation between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay will be invoiced.

  • Cancellation between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay will be invoiced.

  • Cancellation more than 21 days before arrival: €25 per reserved room will be invoiced.

• Special Offers

  • “Advanced Reservation” Rate: This rate is nonrefundable and requires full payment at the time of booking. The total amount will be charged to your credit card immediately.

  • “Last Minute” Rate: This offer is nonrefundable and requires full payment at the time of booking. A no-show or cancellation will incur a full stay charge.
