Please find our conditions and cancellation policy below. The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Special conditions are applied prior to the main cancellation conditions.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

• Less than 24 hrs before the date of arrival: The first night will be invoiced

Special conditions (groups)

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
• Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 %
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25,00 EUR per reserved room

(*) groups = Every booking of 3 or more rooms

"ADVANCED RESERVATION" Cancellation Policy: This special rate is a nonrefundable offer and requires full prepayment. The deposit is charged to your credit card between the time of booking and the day of arrival.
